  1.Are all products showed in the website?

 

    No.We are not putting all items on this site now.If you are looking for some other special items which are not displayed on this site.Please

 

  mail us, we can supply most of them for you. Even if they are out of stock for us,we are willing to find for you from other suppliers.

 

  2.How to order?

 

    If you are a new visitor,we strongly encourage you to browse the site a little before you begin shopping.The categories(just click

 

  "Categories" on the top menu bar) provide an overview of the different categories of products.From any of these pages you can link to a

 

  wide variety of individual items or groups of items.

 

    The shopping cart is simple and easy to use.Browsing or searching the item you want to order,simply adjust the item size and quantity

 

  that appears in the drop-down box(The default quantity is 1). Click the "Add to cart" button. When click "Add to cart",you will go to the

 

  shopping cart view,which will now show that item,along with any other items you may previously have added.To buy more,just click the

 

  "Continue Shopping" button.Repeat this process to add more items to the cart.

 

    When you have added all of the items you want to order,click"Check Out".Fill in your full name,shipping address,email and phone

 

  number,make sure to double confirm the shipping address(the address you enter below will be where your items will be ship to).And a

 

  valid email is required(We will email you the tracking information or notice of replacement if out of stock unexpectedly).

 

    Click"Continue" button to verify that your personal information and your order are exactly as you want them.If not,Click"Modify Info" button to

 

  reedit your information.When you are sure in information is correct,click the "Continue"button at the bottom of the page to submit order.

 

    Lastly you can click the responding payment Icon(Paypal or Western Union) to pay for it.

 

  3.How long will you receive our reply after you submit the orders or inquries?

 

    Normally you will receive our reply in 24 hours after you submit your orders or inquiries.If you have not received our reply for long

 

  time,verifying your mail box because your email server may have seen it as spam.

 

  4.How long will you send out the items?

 

    Normally we will send out the items in 24 hours after you pay if they are in stock.

 

  5.How to track for your package?

 

    You will receive the tracking information(including the shipment number and the tracking site)after we send out the items.Then you can

 

  track it in the next one or two days after you receive the tracking information(For shipping company,it requires some time to renew the

 

  information).

 

  6.How long does it take for delivery?

 

    Generally,you can receive the item in 4-10 days after we send out.
